   By registering for and using the L2L Referral Service (“Service”), you (“Referring Lawyer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
   The Service allows a Referring Lawyer to refer personal injury cases to our platform. Upon acceptance, cases will be assigned to a Handling Lawyer and referred to an affiliated medical provider. Referring Lawyers are eligible to receive a referral fee based on the total settlement amount, in accordance with applicable local bar rules and agreements signed.
3. Eligibility
   To use the Service, you must:
   • Be an attorney licensed and in good standing in your jurisdiction.
   • No current disciplinary actions preventing participation.
   • Comply with all ethical and legal obligations regarding client referrals.
4. Referral Fee Agreement
   
   • The Referring Lawyer will receive a referral fee equivalent to [Insert Percentage]% of the Handling Lawyer's contingency fee, in accordance with local rules governing fee-splitting among lawyers.
   • Payment is contingent upon successful settlement or recovery.

6. Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards
   You represent and warrant compliance with:

   • Ethical guidelines regarding attorney referrals

7. Privacy and Data Security
   We collect personal and case information solely for intake, referral, and case management.

8. Platform Responsibilities
